The cold that greets us when we poke our noses out the front door leaves us in no doubt that we are still in the depths of winter. However, we are now in August and so there is less than a month left before the new season begins. Officially spring starts on September 1st, and for our beautiful peninsula gardens the spring action really starts mid September. This means that we only have about 6 weeks to complete our winter garden tasks. Just like the mighty Demons, who star
